Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs routine building maintenance tasks across various fields (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and handles general cleaning and other assigned tasks to ensure all store locations are maintained.

• Travel to stores on a weekly basis to ensure all repairs are noted and addressed
• Partner with store teams on location maintenance needs
• Handle repairs and preservation of the store locations
• Assist Facilities Manager with other projects as needed
• Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as required
• Repair, maintain, and monitor all building systems and equipment
• Replace all HVAC filters as required
• Provide on‑call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7
• Maintain buildings through carpentry, painting, general upkeep, plumbing, and basic HVAC maintenance tasks
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards
• Ensure safety practices are used in accordance with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
• Promote a safe working environment
• Maintain a clean environment for team members and guests
• Meet company standards for productivity
• Be available to work varying weekends, hours, and holidays

Education/Experience
:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1–2 years experience in a facility maintenance role. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills
:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Hourly pay: $22.00 – $28.55. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non‑exempt team members. Team bonus may be awarded for meeting specific goals and KPIs.
