Key Responsibilities- Prepare and argue motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Manage litigation and regulatory affairs.
- 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Full relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
