A company is looking for a Biomedical Technician/Equipment Support Specialist with medical device cybersecurity expertise.
Key Responsibilities Support maintenance and integration of computer-based medical equipment and clinical systems Troubleshoot connectivity and interface issues, and assist with vulnerability and patch management Ensure systems align with cybersecurity requirements and maintain inventory accuracy for networked medical equipment
Required Qualifications 3+ years of healthcare experience in medical equipment maintenance, including 1 year in medical information systems and networking Two-year associate degree or higher in applied science or equivalent military training Current knowledge of computer virus protection software, information security tools, and network theory
Experience with TCP/IP, HL7, networking, and DICOM standards Ability to interpret technical literature, schematics, and networking principles
