Key Responsibilities Analyze error logs and review inherited code to determine root causes of client-reported issues Utilize systems like Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Teams for client communication regarding findings and recommendations Work directly with clients on system enhancements and bug fixes on a per-ticket basis
Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience with .NET and C# Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, or other code repository tools Minimum 2 years of experience with MVC development patterns
Experience with Sitecore or CMS is a plus
Experience with Azure Cloud and/or AWS is a plus
