Position: Product Manager (PH)

As a member of the Disney Experiences Tech & Digital Experience Access team, you will provide product leadership for digital products and platforms that shape how Guests discover, access, and experience our attractions and offerings. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and Guest experience, helping translate complex access strategies into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.

You will own and define product requirements for new features and capabilities, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing support. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will help execute the feature roadmap, solve complex problems with creative solutions, and ensure our products are successfully delivered, adopted, and operationally supported.

This role requires not only building strong digital products, but also supporting go‑to‑market efforts, including readiness planning, operational enablement, and product training for Cast Members who support our Guests every day.

This role is a project hire with an end date of 12/31/2027

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute the digital strategy for a product vertical within the Experience Access portfolio with focus on Guest access solutions such and queuing systems, digital enrollment, and up to digital redemption.
  • Translate strategy and business objectives into clearly prioritized user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the feature development and defect backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic direction and operational needs.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of product requirements across the full development lifecycle, from discovery through release and sustainment.
  • Partner with QA and testing teams to guide detailed test cases and validate that features are delivered as intended.

Experience Access & Operational Integration

  • Develop a strong understanding of digital enrollment flows, entitlement validation, and redemption mechanics, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end Guest experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to ensure products are usable, scalable, and support real‑world park operations.
  • Support execution of creative assets (visual design, content, and copy) to ensure alignment with product vision and Guest experience standards.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Actively partner with designers, developers, and operational end users to deliver products that drive value and exceptional Guest service.
  • Attend daily scrums with development teams to help drive priority decisions, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Support multiple cross‑functional teams and development studios, ensuring a shared understanding of scope, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Communicate changes in strategy, scope, or priority clearly and effectively across partner teams.
  • Partner with business, operations, and communications teams to support go‑to‑market planning, launch readiness, and feature rollouts.
  • Contribute to operational enablement, including documentation, launch materials, and product training for Operations Cast Members, to ensure successful adoption and sustained use.
  • Support post‑launch monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous improvement based on Guest and Cast insights.

Go‑to‑Market & Enablement

  • Partner with business, operations, and communications teams to support go‑to‑market planning, launch readiness, and feature rollouts.
  • Contribute to operational enablement, including documentation, launch materials, and product training for Operations Cast Members, to ensure successful adoption and sustained use.
  • Support post‑launch monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous improvement based on Guest and Cast insights.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital product management (website/mobile).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into action with a strong sense of ownership.
