Position Summary:

3Z Brands has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Production & Manufacturing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our production, manufacturing, and skilled labor roles. This hybrid, full-time, day-shift position partners closely with operations and HR to attract, recruit, and hire qualified candidates to meet ongoing manufacturing workforce needs.

The ideal candidate understands the fast pace of manufacturing environments, is comfortable recruiting for hourly and skilled positions, and can balance onsite engagement with remote recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit for mattress manufacturing production roles, foam pour operations, and skilled trade positions
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Partner with plant leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and local agencies
  • Confidently manage difficult or high-pressure conversations regarding timelines, candidate quality, and hiring decisions
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining strong onsite presence
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant setting as needed.
  • Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
