Overview
A full-semester contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work within a K-12 school setting in Glendale, AZ. This role involves providing therapy three days a week during the spring semester, supporting students of mixed ages and disabilities. The opportunity includes working with diverse pediatric populations and utilizing teletherapy as part of the service delivery.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student s goals.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure and ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification required.
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and pediatric populations beneficial.
