As a BCBA at our clinic, you will take an active role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans tailored for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. In this collaborative environment, you'll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, guiding and mentoring them to ensure top-quality care for our clients.

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and monitor progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes effectively.
