Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Independently
Licensed
Therapists to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services.
Clinic Opening This Fall - Interviewing for September New Hire Orientation Classes.
Responsibilities- Maintain confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements.
- Assess for risk of harm to self and others.
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
- Maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis, bills, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms).
- Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions based on information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client.
- Refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary.
- Engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes and align with Entune Behavioral Health’s values.
- Conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of BHT-level staff.
- Additional responsibilities as appropriate.

- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Active License in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Independently Licensed clinician (required)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required)
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR);
Advanced MD (preferred) - Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
- Qualifying licensing would include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
