• Process authorizations returned by mail, import them, and call parents
• Schedule treatment and recall appointments
• Confirm treatment appointments
• Takes calls throughout the day
• Process No Show Reports
• Schedule patients from the ASAP List
• Check patients in and out
• Verify information on file
• Verify eligibility with insurance
• Call patients when past 10 minutes
• Confirm observation appointments
• Schedule observation appointments
• Work on daily sign‑in sheet
• Scan and enter NPP into the system
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of healthcare/dental front‑office experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
