Overview

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Glendale, AZ (Hybrid)

Salary: $90k - 105k | Permanent role with full benefits

Schedule: 40 hours weekly

• 5 billable hours per day - achievable and sustainable
• Manageable caseloads with appropriate clinical support
• Time built into the workday for supervision, documentation, and collaboration

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise, mentor, and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure clinical documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Certification: BCBA or BCBA-D required
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Certification
• Minimum 1-year of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders, 2+ years preferred
