Position:
Baby Imaging Specialist (Hourly, Full‑time)
Location: Glendale, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours, flex scheduling (hours may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 5:30 PM); possible Saturday hours.
Pay: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour, with opportunity to increase pay in 3‑6 months based on performance and tenure.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
- Work as a team to complete a three‑dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
- Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of DSi® imaging equipment.
- Schedule new patient and follow‑up appointments in Intergy (Practice Management Software).
- Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
- Answer phones, clean patient rooms, and perform general medical office duties.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality – a MUST.
- Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Capability to juggle many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority.
- Experience in caring for or working with infants/children, high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.
- Must be able to squat and bend.
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Must be able to position and handle a patient to ensure DSi® images are captured.
- Must be able to move at a fast pace.
