We provide face-to-face and telepsychiatry services at the clinics and to patients in multiple other organizations, rehabilitation centers, and detox facilities throughout Arizona. We seek a motivated and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at our outpatient mental health clinic in Glendale, Arizona
, which offers face-to-face and virtual services. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare entities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE BOTH AZ AND NM ACTIVE LICENSES
. They will also be willing to become licensed in other states, should the need arise.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Offer patient education and counseling to promote mental health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) effectively for patient management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
• Provide virtual telehealth services as needed, ensuring high-quality care and confidentiality.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona. Additionally, having a Colorado license is a plus.
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health.
• Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR Valant) systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
• Full-time patient services Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and one week a month of night call (Monday to Friday) from home.
