- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy focused on orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and pain management
- Treat an average of 12 patients per day with 40-minute appointments that allow for meaningful, 1:1 care
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinical leadership to drive strong patient outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery plans, and injury prevention
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance standards
- Patient-first model with reasonable caseloads and time to deliver quality care
