• Patient Complexity:
  Average 5–6 ventilators per therapist, ensuring you’re challenged and never bored.
• Mandatory NICU Training:
  All therapists will receive required training for our Level 3 NICU – Multi‑Specialty Exposure.
• Growth‑Oriented:
  Be a mentor, trainer, and leader within the department. You’ll precept new staff and help shape future respiratory professionals.
• Multi‑Specialty Exposure:
  From ICU and PACU to PFTs, ENGs, and complete diagnostic testing—you’ll use the full range of your skills here.

Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians. Handles complex cases and performs all modalities of respiratory care, including:

• Diagnostic testing (treadmills, complete PFTs)
• ABG machine maintenance
• Hemodynamics & special procedures
• Procedures in ICU, PACU, and more
• Treatment across all age groups—newborn to geriatric

• Knowledge of ventilators & patient hemodynamics
• A passion for clinical excellence and mentoring
• Comfort working in high‑acuity environments
• Strong aseptic and infection control practices
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills

• Education:
  
  Completion of an accredited 2‑year respiratory therapy program (CRT/RRT eligible)
• Licensure:
  Licensed RRT in the State of Arizona
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (required); ACLS, PALS, NRP within 12 months
• Experience:
• Minimum: 2 years of respiratory experience
• Preferred:
  Acute care/ICU, hemodynamics, PFT, cardiology, and precepting
