What you’ll do:

• Serve as a key business partner by analyzing financial results and providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead month-end reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Monitor and interpret GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory impacts on financial statements.
• Support the development and enhancement of forecasting tools and budgeting processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions and identify trends.
• Participate in corporate initiatives and ad hoc projects that support business growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification (must have or working towards certification).
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in complex regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory practices.
• Experience with large-scale accounting or budgeting systems.
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
