About the Role & Program

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Entertainment (DE) segment is a global business responsible for all monetization of content—both distribution and ad sales. It leads all aspects of the operations of the Company’s entertainment streaming services (including Disney+ and Hulu), domestic entertainment broadcast and cable television networks, as well as theatrical distribution. DE brings together best-in-class products, technology, and commercialization teams into one global organization, with the goal of growing the footprint of Disney’s world‑class content and beloved brands and delivering highly personalized entertainment experiences to diverse consumers around the world!

We are a team of professionals with backgrounds in consulting, private equity, media & entertainment, and technology who serve as in‑house advisers on the strategic deployment of content. We partner closely with executives from Disney’s content studios and partners within DE’s finance, strategy, data analytics, research, and operational marketing and scheduling teams.

The Content Planning & Analysis team has recently led forecasting performance measurements for new movies and TV series for the studios greenlight process. We performed the valuation of content licensing deals in support of the negotiation processes with third party media & entertainment corporations, and we formulated new metrics to measure the performance of content across streaming, cable, and theatrical.
