Join Andretti Indoor Karting & Games as an Arcade Attendant. This part‑time role focuses on anticipating guest needs, exceeding service expectations, and maintaining a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere across our family entertainment center.

Provide excellent guest service, support arcade operations, and uphold Andretti’s brand standards. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing redemption inventory, performing minor game repairs, ensuring safety, and handling opening, running, and closing duties. All positions assist guests in various capacities to achieve high guest satisfaction.

Base pay: $16.00 per hour (variations reflect skills and experience).

• Welcome visitors with a friendly and positive greeting.
• Describe racing requirements and safety guidelines confidently.
• Conduct redemption inventory and keep displays fully stocked.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Notify Game Techs of machine errors and return play credit to guests.
• Deliver energetic guest service with urgency.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety compliance.
• Assist with guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain working knowledge of Andretti brand, products, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, engaging guests and coworkers enthusiastically.
• Be aware of and follow facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, upbeat, and sociable demeanor throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Walk or stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly.
• Perform tasks requiring organization, bending, reaching, lifting, climbing, and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate quickly and accurately.
• Work within environments that may include bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
• Use manual dexterity to operate equipment.
• Understand, follow, and maintain safety standards at all times.
