** What We’re Looking For*
* · Minimum 3 years of on-the-job avionics experience, including significant knowledge with installation experience.
· Proficient in reading and following electrical schematics.
· Skilled in the use of Avionics tooling:
Multimeter, Megger, Milliohm meter, etc.
· Excellent soldering, wire crimping, connector assembly, and wire harness construction skills.
· Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety and quality.
· Strong people skills to create great customer relationships.
· Must live locally or be willing to relocate.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* · Avionics associate’s degree or equivalent.
· Garmin Factory Training
· Airframe or A&P certification
· Prior experience with multiple avionics brands, including Garmin, Avidyne, S-TEC, JPI, and Aspen Avionics.
