Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute RF coaxial connector qualification testing per customer & MIL specifications.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Product Line Specialist and Applications Engineering to understand specific electrical, mechanical, and/or environmental requirements.
• Develop test plans in compliance with customer requirements.
• Collect, compile, and maintain data in an organized and retrievable manner.
• Produce formal test qualification test reports suitable for presentation to customers.
• R&D prototype test and product characterization.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams in the development of new products by preparing test plans, methods, and procedures, preparing samples, conducting tests, and compiling data.
• Collaborate with Design to define Critical-to-Quality attributes and define quality plans.
• Complete work in accordance with Technology team objectives and the prioritized project portfolio.
• Coordinate Competitive Analysis activities and document relevant findings.
• Support Quality and Technology functions with root cause analysis of customer-facing quality issues.
• Support corrective action teams to address customer field & other MOB issues.
• Troubleshoot new and existing products to assist in the resolution of manufacturing and application issues.
• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests to verify customer findings and support QIT group responses to customers.
• Collaborate with other functions to address Stage 4 product or process control issues creating a line‑of‑sight to achieve Product Quality Architecture targets.
• Project involvement:
  Collaborate with and support cross‑functional teams in regard to out‑sourcing and transfer activities.
• Provide support for the development of industry standards (e.g., SCTE, IEC, DSCC, IEEE).
