Job Summary

This grant‑funded position supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant at Glendale Community College. The Instructional Services Coordinator Sr. will play a critical role in implementing the I‑RISE project by applying strong judgment, tact, discretion, and initiative—particularly when conducting sensitive research and leading project teams. The role works closely with faculty, staff, external partners, and community stakeholders to design and enhance grant‑supported programs that advance student success and institutional priorities.

The main responsibility of this position is to integrate existing pockets of undergraduate research experiences (UREs) across STEM and STEM‑eligible disciplines at GCC to create a centralized and comprehensive undergraduate research program within our Center for Learning, Programs and Resources (CLPR).
