We're looking for a talented Trauma Surgeon to be part of our growth story. The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a dynamic environment where you'll provide comprehensive surgical care within our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Our surgeons are dedicated to excellence in patient care, resident mentorship, and medical student education.

• Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues
• Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call
• Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage
• Deliver backup call coverage as needed
• Develop a full-time clinical practice
• Educate residents and medical students
• Participate in clinical research

• Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
• Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma
• Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background

Serving the Northwest Valley for over 25 years, our facility recently completed a $290 million expansion featuring a Level I Adult Trauma Center for patients 15 and older.
