The Dental Receptionist is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive experience. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
• Verify patient insurance and collect necessary documentation
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage daily reports
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and scheduling software a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism
