Position: Representative, Ticket Operations – Full Time/Non-Exempt Department: Ticket Operations Reports to: Director, Ticket Operations Location: State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ)
Format: In-person

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home.

The Ticket Operations Representative assists the Ticket Operations Director with all box office activities.

• Process ticket sales efficiently and effectively in person, by phone, by internet, and by mail.
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues and/or complaints.
• Utilize different types of technology to help process orders including computers and cell phones.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide patron decisions, and issue tickets.
• Process and verify credit card purchases.
• Be well-versed on all State Farm Stadium offerings, stay current on all events.
• Operate Seat Geek ticketing system.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Previous money or ticket handling experience preferred
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and more specifically the Seat Geek ticketing system preferred.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and multi-task to get competing duties accomplished in a timely manner.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May view computer screens for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule required, must be able to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
