• Educate clients on self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and ATM management while following bank policies.

• Quick learning of products, services, and procedures.
• Client service experience or comparable background.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
