Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a growing organization in Glendale, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and an interest in developing their career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
+ Reconcile bank statements and general ledger transactions
+ Assist with invoice processing and expense report management
+ Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
+ Support month-end closing procedures
+ Communicate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
