Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical and paint industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Pay Range: $22-$24

Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday - 1st shift

What's the Job?
  • Prepare paint batches according to formulation instructions and production schedules.
  • Measure and mix raw materials such as pigments, solvents, and resins to achieve desired colors and properties.
  • Operate mixing equipment and machinery such as high-speed disperse rs (HSDs), pumps, valves, drum hoists, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc., in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure batches meet specifications for color, viscosity, and texture.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and batch production details.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in paint mixing, filling, packaging, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow formulation instructions and production schedules.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed and to stand for extended periods.
