Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Finance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by promoting Cap Flow’s financing solutions to business owners and decision-makers. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to break into the commercial finance industry with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
• Educate business owners on the benefits of invoice factoring and factoring lines of credit
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Develop and nurture client relationships through the sales cycle
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (finance, B2B, or related industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
