Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager:

• Provides 24‑hour clinical oversight and accountability for the assigned unit
• Ensures timely incident reporting, follow‑up, and regulatory compliance
• Oversees resident care to support optimal clinical and psychosocial outcomes
• Participates in QAPI activities and required reporting
• Communicates significant condition changes to physicians and families
• Conducts daily rounds to ensure safety, infection control, and care standards
• Provides hands‑on clinical support, including medication administration as needed

Requirements of RN Unit Manager:

• A valid RN license in the state of NJ
• Unit Manager experience in a skilled nursing / long term care setting
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
