Senior Pricing Manager

An expanding Hospitality Retail company near Ridgewood, NJ, is looking to add a new member to their exceptional team, a Senior Pricing Manager. The role is one of high exposure and can create new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across food, retail, and amenities to maximize revenue, profitability, and margin performance.
• Build and refine financial and pricing models to forecast revenue, evaluate margin impacts, and support scenario-based decision-making.
• Conduct price elasticity and sensitivity analyses to assess financial implications of pricing adjustments.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and regional trends to maintain a strong competitive position.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align pricing with promotions, customer segmentation, and broader business objectives.
• Design and maintain pricing dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven and financially sound decisions.
• Lead pricing initiatives for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and regional pilot programs.
• Evaluate the financial performance of pricing strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare statistical models and demand forecasts
• Ensure compliance and pricing accuracy across all systems, locations, and franchise agreements.
• Partner with IT and POS teams to ensure timely and precise implementation of pricing updates.
• Manage regulatory pricing submissions and approvals across multiple states and governing authorities.
• Present financial and pricing models, analyses, and recommendations to senior executives, business leaders, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience within pricing, financial modeling or revenue management
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics; MBA or Master's in Data Science or Strategy would be a big plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Timeline oriented

Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
