Now Hiring Part Time School Van Drivers for Glen Ellyn, IL

As a First Student Part Time School Van Driver, you will be a vital part of your community, picking up students before school and dropping them home after school. No bus driver experience is required; we train you with industry-leading technology.

• Split shift: early morning pickup and afternoon drop‐off with free hours in between.
• Guaranteed hours per school day (no night or weekend work unless desired).
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.

• $18.75–$20.25/HR starting wage; wage depends on experience.
• $500 Sign‑on Bonus for new drivers*.
• $500 Referral Bonus.
• $250 Bonus when the Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) is presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
