This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Glen Ellyn, IL. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, setting sales goals, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong background in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to drive results and meet or exceed targets
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and fostering long-lasting client relationships
• Experience in Team Management, with a focus on guiding, motivating, and supporting team members to achieve goals
• Demonstrated skills in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent decision-making skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
