• As a landscaper, you will be part of a team that performs a variety of duties including landscape installation and general roadway maintenance tasks.
• Safely operate hand/power tools and equipment such as sod cutters, shovels, loppers, wheelbarrows, pressure washers, pole saw, quickie saws, and chainsaws.
• Safely mow grass with various equipment and procedures along green areas near highways, roads, and frontage roads.
• Build and maintain gardens and/or other outdoor landscapes; install and maintain mulch, trees, and plants.
• Conduct manual labor such as digging, filling, tamping holes, trimming trees/ornamentals/brush/hedges.
• Survey assigned areas to pick up, remove, and dispose of litter and debris, including in homeless clean-up areas.
• Operate tools and equipment to maintain drains along areas near highways and frontage roads; clear debris from roadside drainage structures.
• Gather and remove litter; operate tools such as sod cutters, shovels, loppers, rakes, pruning saws, hedge trimmers, axes, wheelbarrows, pressure washers, pole saws, quickie saws, and chainsaws as required.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and outdoors in varying climate patterns.
• Construction and outdoor-related experience is a plus; three (3) months of mowing or landscaping experience.
• Pass employer-paid pre-employment, post-employment, and random 10-panel drug test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Work 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

• 40 hours per week, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Temporary, full-time position with daily travel to worksites in the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington area, including Dallas and Tarrant Counties, TX. Base location: 2706 Hardrock Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Employer provides transportation to and from worksites.
• Single workweek used in computing wages. Pay period is bi-weekly.
