Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will also work closely with the Finance team to support and learn Planful (our FP&A platform). Prior experience with Planful is not required — a basic understanding of FP&A systems and a willingness to learn Planful on the job is expected.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally to turn data into meaningful financial insights.

• Summarizes and communicates Division financial results to the Division Leadership Team, CFO and B2B Executive Leadership Team.
• Provides modeling and analytics to support strategic initiatives including growth initiatives, restructuring activities and major capability investments.
• Acts as the financial liaison between the Division accounting and the credit and collections team and the corporate accounting and finance function
• Participates in the multi-year, long-range financial plan development and analysis, in coordination with the strategic planning process
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data
• Improve processes, controls, and standardization across FP&A
• Support month-end close analytics in partnership with Accounting
• Develop a working knowledge of Planful through hands-on use and training
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and budgeting workflows in Planful
• Help maintain financial reports, dashboards, and templates within the system

• 4+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Planful experience preferred but not required
• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Analytical and problem solving abilities

• Standard business hours with occasional overtime during peak periods
