Full Time Faculty - Business Law (Tenure Track, Fall 2026)

PrimaryDuties And Responsibilities
College of DuPage seeks a full-time, tenure track faculty member to teach Business Law courses starting in August 2026. Candidates should have academic credentials and professional experience in Business Law and should be able to teach a variety of classes which could include Business Law I, Legal Environment of Business and Introduction to Business. Teaching Responsibilities may also include other coursework within the Business, Management & Marketing curriculum.
Faculty duties include classroom instruction, assessment, curriculum development, advising students, professional inquiry, committee work and engaging with instructional technology. Teaching assignments may include various delivery modes, such as face-to-face, online, hybrid and/or blended formats during days, evenings and weekends. Faculty positions may not be fully remote.
- Juris Doctor (law) degree required.
- Master of Business Administration is preferred.
- Teaching experience in Higher Education required.
- Experience in a Community College preferred.
