A utility company in Glen Ellyn is seeking a Dispatcher I to ensure effective scheduling and routing of emergency work. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support field technicians while managing workload assignments. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, optimizing service routes, and assisting with customer inquiries. Candidates should have a BS/BA or equivalent experience, and at least 6 months in dispatching/scheduling is preferred.
Skills in MS Office are necessary, and Spanish fluency is a plus.
