Salary $105,000 - $145,000 per year

The Superintendent is responsible for onsite leadership and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction throughout the construction phase.

• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite staff.
• Ensure projects progress safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams.
• Enforce adherence to project specifications, plans, and company standards.
• Implement and monitor project safety protocols and compliance.
• Review and coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and labor allocation.
• Identify and address issues proactively to mitigate risks and delays.
• Support continuous improvement through effective problem-solving and field leadership.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents (plans, specifications).
• Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and navigating project challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently to job sites.

• Experience with pre-construction and construction management processes.
• Familiarity with design-build and competitive bidding environments.
