This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Glendale Heights, IL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, including managing all stages from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, managing project documentation, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects
• Prepare accurate bids and estimates
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Supervise job sites and ensure quality standards are met
• Generate weekly progress reports
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve project issues to maintain timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
• Willing to learn and adapt to new project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with construction trades and labor practices
