Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
• Maintain clean shelves, monitor temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food and maintain a clean, sanitized, member-ready area.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions and respond to member needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to different work scenarios; use digital tools to drive sales and improve the member experience.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; participate in training and open communication channels.

• Minimum age: 18 years or older
• Food service experience and a passion for fresh foods is preferred
• Ability to follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
• Effective team communication and customer service skills
