We are currently on the lookout for an experienced CDL and Non CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in Glen Burnie, MD. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Starting pay $19.08 per hour with progression to $22.26 over 5 years, for Non‑CDL holders
• Starting pay $21.08 per hour for CDL holders with proper endorsements

• Vacation: 5 days after 1 year of service
• 10 days after 3 years of service
• 15 days after 8 years of service
• 20 days after 12 years of service
• Paid Sick Leave: 5 days from start date (Revenue Service) to 36 months
• 6 days for 3 to 5 years
• 7 days for 5 or more years; unused leave may be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 12 days
• Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees, life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays

• Safety‑Focused Operations:
  Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations
• Passenger Care:
  Exhibit exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• Held a valid driver’s license for the last 3 years
• Preferred, but not required:
  Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on sloped or uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch for items stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
