Job Title: Software Developer

FLSA: Full Time/Exempt

Reports To: Director of IT

We're looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our in‑house IT team! If you're a self‑motivated developer, this is the opportunity for you.

• Designing and implementing full‑stack solutions using .NET (C#), Java/Java EE, and SQL Server
• Enhancing and maintaining internal applications to support evolving business needs
• Collaborating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to solve real business challenges
• Monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas for improvement
• Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Supporting mission‑critical systems with high‑volume, low‑latency performance expectations
• On‑site attendance is required to support system and vendor interactions

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of hands‑on development experience with:
  • .NET, C#, ASP.NET
  • SQL Server
  • Java/Java EE
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, SDLC, and scalable system architecture
• Experience with front‑end tools like jQuery, SOAP/REST web services, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Apache Tomcat, SOLR, Classic ASP, and Data Services is a bonus
• Prior experience with Epicor Prophet 21‑especially implementing portals or business rules‑is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies
