All you need is a willingness to learn: no pest‑control experience required. You’ll complete award‑winning training and then perform daily route operations, scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills required to serve customers.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and ensure timely, safe arrival at each customer.
- Operate a company vehicle and keep it and equipment clean.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver: listen to customer needs, recommend solutions, and explain actions taken.
- Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
- Communicate tasks and steps to customers, ensuring satisfaction and discussing additional services.
- Complete all required service documentation on a handheld device.
- Receive extensive paid training upfront and ongoing.
- Build relationships with customers and provide reliable pest management.
- Maintain safety standards and vehicle condition.
- Use hands‑on experience to recommend efficient and innovative solutions.

- No previous experience required; we’ll train you.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company‑paid).
- Ability to work independently, manage route assignments, and interact with customers.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops (incl. climbing or balancing).
- Wear personal protective equipment; sometimes include OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
