Bob Bell Ford is expanding our Sales Team, and we’re looking for energetic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join us as Automotive Sales Consultants. What You’ll Do:- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and sales process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers with sales applications and required paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Ford vehicles and competitors
- Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service
- Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
- Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
- Positive attitude, high energy, and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
