Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships
• Exhibit consultative sales skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to become a vehicle authority
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow-up with customers to generate referral business
• Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best to work every day

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is welcome
• Self-starter with an ambitious spirit
• Eager to learn and improve product knowledge quickly
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay structure includes a weekly draw plus tiered commission.
