This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Specialist, at our property "Glen Ridge" located in Glen Burnie, MD. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with resident retention, handling customer service inquiries, managing leases, and communicating with residents. Additional responsibilities include lease administration and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience with Resident Retention and Customer Service
• Knowledge of lease management and Lease Administration
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
