Gly Care is a hospital-based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol-driven, evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU), with endocrinology support.

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates with at least one year of diabetes or endocrinology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or recent Hospitalist
• Specialty training provided – no diabetes background required
• Predictable block schedules
• Part-Time: Mon–Tues+ every other weekend OR Thur-Fri + opposite weekends~12 shifts/month with full benefits

• Provide consultative inpatient diabetes/glycemic management (non-ICU)
• Independently round using established protocols
• Manage ~25 patients/day
• Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call

• Active, unrestricted Maryland NP or PA license
• NP: FNP, AGNP, or ACNP | PA-C
• Inpatient experience required
• EMR proficiency
• New grads welcome
• DEA not required
• Minimum 1-year contract commitment
