Job Duties
  • Oversee daily operations of medical offices, supervising a group of clinics (3–6 sites) including oversight of Office Managers and Patient Representatives, Facility Leads.
  • Oversee successful completion of all Office Manager tasks within the group.
  • Maintain on-site presence during business hours within the group of clinics.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and supervision of all location staff (excluding doctors).
  • Develop managers  skill sets in collaboration with the Regional Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate vacation and illness coverage within the group and allocate resources to assist other groups as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained commensurate with volume; manage labor resources to align with business needs.
  • Maintain schedules for doctors, patients, and staff.
  • Tabulate payroll and track PTO time.
  • Review daily/weekly/monthly paperwork including day sheets, patient information (charts and accounts), billing, fee slips, mail, and correspondence.
  • Interface with other departments including billing, MIS, marketing, human resources, and offices.
  • Work with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure financial and performance metrics are met.
  • Perform other duties as directed and/or as necessary; maintain monthly goals.
  • Hold regular weekly staff meetings to align staff with goals, metrics, and company news.
  • Complete weekly statistics on prepared spreadsheets.
  • Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with ESG goals.
  • Travel to any office within one s region (e.g., Pennsylvania market or Greater Baltimore market).
  • Other duties as assigned.

In the event an employee does not maintain the insurance coverage required under this policy and/or does not maintain a valid license to operate a motor vehicle, the employee shall not be eligible for mileage reimbursement and is barred from operating any motor vehicle in furtherance of Company business.
