The Behavioral Health Technician is a vital member of the Elevate Recovery Centers System of Care. Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor, the BHT is responsible for the complete care and well-being of clients during their treatment at ERC, recording client behavior, and providing a safe, supportive environment for clients.

• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for clients.
• Monitor and observe client behavior; document interactions as necessary.
• Transport clients to outside activities.
• Search new client admissions' belongings to ensure no contraband is brought into the facility, and valuables and medications are secured.
• Work closely with the Clinical and Medical teams.
• Attend all shift change and staff meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Archiving documents.
• UA labeling and uploading.
