Patient Care Technician – Outpatient Dialysis Clinic

DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Under RN supervision, the PCT will provide direct, hands‑on care and help patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

$18.50/hr – $29.00/hr

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience.
