. Ultimate Therapy is looking for an OT Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time position. You’ll be part of our skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

• Using therapeutic techniques, you will improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient s motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
• The OT will assess the patient s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
• You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively understand the needs of your patients and explain the treatment process.
• You must be able to clearly document treatment plans and progress, as well as effectively communicate with the patient s family or caregiver.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team and participate in ongoing development and team decisions.

• An active state OT license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Am I guaranteed 40 hours? While we cannot guarantee hours, we are typically able to offer a full caseload. Most facilities are in close proximity, allowing additional hours at nearby locations.
• Do you give raises? Staff are eligible for performance reviews, where there is always an opportunity for an increase.
• Why is this position open? Therapists/DORs that leave our company mostly do so to pursue other practice specialties. While many stay PRN with us, we rarely see therapists joining a competing SNF.
• How does corporate support the therapists on the floors? Regional Directors and many corporate members are therapists themselves and collaborate directly with each team member to ensure a well-supported work environment.
• What mentorship or support do you provide for new grads? We offer a comprehensive mentorship program to support new grads from day one, pairing you with an experienced therapist who will guide you through documentation, evaluations, and treatment methods.
